'Pathing a way out of poverty', Delanta Region, Ethiopia.
When poor countries get the aid they need, life takes a turn for the better. This road in Ethiopia was paid for with aid money. Since it was constructed, journeys that used to take 3-4 days on horseback now take just 1-2 hours - making it easier for farmers to transport and sell their crops.
