Dr Lewen Taleb delivers a baby at Sayoun General hospital, Yemen. Though the hospital is the only one in the entire district, the minimum cost for treatment is set a US$25 - meaning many can only get health care if they can afford to pay.

At this year's summit, the G8 must send a clear message that aid will be available if fees for health care are removed.
