Whether you're doing a full on marathon, a 10k run or just being sponsored to run about dressed like a giant squirrel, you can raise money to inspire a better future. Tell us what event you’re doing and we’ll send you our runner’s pack – filled with fundraising gold!
Throughout the year there are hundreds of races all over the country. Here’s a few of our favourites.
Flora London Marathon
If you have your own place or want to apply for one of our Gold Bond places, we’d love to have you on the team.
The Bristol Half Marathon
A challenging route round the centre of Bristol, along the river, up to the Downs and back to the centre – loads of people, views and fun! 2008 registration is now closed, but if you’ve a place, let us know you’d like to run for Oxfam.
The Great Edinburgh
Run
Starting and finishing in the Meadows, this course circles Edinburgh Castle, takes in Princes Street and the Old Town and winds through Holyrood Park and home. A fantastic route through Scotland’s beautiful capital.
The Great Scottish Run
Celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary, this hugely popular
race has almost 20,000 pounding their way through the streets of Glasgow!
The BUPA Great North Run
The world’s biggest and best half marathon! Following the Tyne and the North East coast, the whole route is lined with music, bands and refreshment stops – an amazing day out year after year. 2008 registration is now closed, but if you’ve a place, let us know you’d like to run for Oxfam.
