- be flexible, adaptable and ready to meet new challenges; whatever the challenge, you'll demonstrate a "can do" approach, which emphasises getting things done.
- work cost-effectively, recognising that donors have often made great sacrifices to provide the funds for Oxfam to do its work.
- reflect, through your professionalism, the qualities which make Oxfam a world-renowned humanitarian and development organisation.
- observe our Code of Conduct and other policies at all times, and in particular uphold our commitment to the protection of children and young people.
